American Pie

I was watching the movie again yesterday on VCD. I'd always loved the movie and of course, everybody's favourite Eastern European foreign exxxchange student, Nadia. Ah yes, the lovely Shannon Elizabeth.

Besides the memorable pie scene and Stiffler drinking the cup of beer with cum in it, the movie was really pretty good. Okay, it did not have much of a plot to boot. In fact, it was about the bittersweet pangs of growing up and going through rites of passages in life. However, I strongly recommend you not sleeping with your friend's mum as a rite of passage.

Well, the franchise carries on this year with the 3rd and final installment in the series. Yes, a John Hughes-inspired movie is actually made into a trilogy. It's been said before that a good movie franchise should be one which sequels feel like revisiting old friends and catching up on old times. I hope the last one would be good too.
